Purchasing a design service means you agree to the following terms of service:

One revision is included in every design service.

Heather Hess Designs cannot guarantee the prices or long term availability of merchandise listed in a client’s product shopping list.

Design projects can be used for website/blog content, social media content and any other marketing efforts.

All correspondence will happen through online communication except when otherwise scheduled.

E-Design is a virtual design service which means recommendations made are purely suggestions.  If construction is wanted, you are advised to consult and separately contract with a licensed contractor.  All renderings and floor plans given in design projects are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent; they are not to be used for architectural or engineering purposes.

Client is held responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, assembly, or safety precautions in connection with the execution of the design project. Client is also held responsible for hiring, scheduling and any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing work related to the design project.

Heather Hess Designs cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or shipping claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations in the design project.
